What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Items must be returned in their original condition.

 

Why don't you offer free shipping?
We believe in fair and transparent pricing. "Free shipping" is often built into the product price, meaning everyone pays the same regardless of where they live. Instead, we keep our product prices lower and charge shipping based on your location, so you only pay the actual cost to deliver your order. This helps ensure customers who live closer aren't subsidizing shipping for those farther away.

 

Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
No. All U.S. orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means any applicable duties and import fees are paid in advance. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Not applicable in european countries.

 

I have heirlooms to sell. How can I contact you?
We're always interested in unique heirlooms and antique pieces. If you have items you'd like us to consider, please contact us through our contact form or by email with photos and a brief description. We'll review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible.
