This original 1940s reverse-painted glass medical sign belonged to the pediatric clinic of Dr. Yves Cossette and reads “DR YVES COSSETTE MALADIES DES ENFANTS” (Diseases of Children).
The lettering and black background are hand-painted on the reverse side of the glass, creating the beautiful glossy finish characteristic of vintage reverse-painted glass signage.
