A wonderful 19th-century Staffordshire pottery figure depicting a jockey on horseback, beautifully decorated in warm coral, pink, white and brown tones.
The elegantly modeled horse and mounted rider capture the charm of Victorian Staffordshire equestrian figures, with hand-painted details, gilt accents and a wonderfully aged surface.
A fantastic piece for collectors of Staffordshire figures, equestrian antiques, horse racing memorabilia and Victorian pottery, or as a characterful addition to an English country interior.
