Beautiful pair of early 19th century Staffordshire pearlware classical figures, depicting Venus and Peace raised on square bases.
Dating to circa 1815–1830, these charming English pearlware figures feature wonderfully soft hand-painted enamels, expressive faces and the characteristic slightly blue-toned glaze of early pearlware.
A beautiful pair for collectors of Staffordshire figures, early English pottery and classical antiques.
